   Best dining experience we had the entire Miami trip! Heard about this place from a Randy Santel video from years ago and had to try it. I called the day before to see if they would mind us having luggage because we were heading straight to the airport afterward and Adrian, I hope I’m remembering correctly, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He remembered me calling the day before and was, by far, the best waiter we’ve ever had in Miami or anywhere else. The food was amazing! Appetizers, sides, and steaks cooked to perfection! Atmosphere is great! I’d fly back to Miami just to eat at The Wagyu Bar again! 1000 out of 10!

   Very pricey for the place. Not great on service or food. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better alternatives way cheaper with a lot more variety and service .

   Second time here, first was for late lunch. Saturday evening and had high expectations that were unfortunately not met. Actually food kinda bad. No excuse considering highly priced. Did like the beef carpaccio and liked the picanha crostini little more than spouse, but very disappointed on everything else. The truffle fries pretty bad, the sautéed onions barely sautéed, same for the grilled Portobello, barely grilled, pretty bad jasmine rice, and, totally disappointed in the olive-fed ribeye. For a meat place just didn't make it insofar the cooking of the meat, not to mentioned served rather cold at that. Again, had wanted going only to be seriously let down. Liked the wine at least, but spending $440+ overall and to not enjoy meal, unlikely to give another chance. PS Unfortunately system doesnt allow for person to respond publicly as well so in response: We did mention to the server about all the other items. Perhaps check first. Also, interesting that somehow bringing the hot skillet, which was appreciated, was supposed to address the kitchen's inadequacies to start with.

Once your food arrived and you commented about the temperature, we provided you with a hot skillet to cook the wagyu to your liking. We then checked on your table numerous times and you failed to mention anything about the mushroom, onions, rice, fries, or meat being unsatisfactory. If you had brought any of the following complaints to our attention while you were dining in, I can assure you that we would've made the appropriate accommodations for you. We encourage our guests to bring any concerns to our attention while we are still in the position to improve your experience, rather than after the fact.

   First time at The Wagyu Bar. I had an early reservation so it was quiet and I was able to take in the surroundings and savor and enjoy the offerings. I had the bone marrow as opener and a 14oz Olive fed A5 ribeye with spinach at the side. Amazing all around and the waiter brought me extra bread for the marrow. I had a slice of basque cheesecake after and the manager brought me A complimentary glass of port. Overall amazing experience without the regular hoopla with places serving this level of food. 10/10

   Had an amazing time at lunch this weekend. Food and service were excellent!! Appreciated very much the Juan Pablo's friendly way to share his knowledge about the menu options; the meat variety, the desserts, and wines were well above beyond.

    Wagyu bar never disappoint. We try Miami spice menu this time and it was great. Service was excellent with attention to detail
