The Wheel focuses on American cuisine brimming with locally sourced ingredients in an industrial chic, waterfront setting.

Drawing on fresh ingredients from over 40 local farmers, fishermen and purveyors, the restaurant features the best of what’s in season with an ever-changing menu plus produce grown and harvested right from The Village’s rooftop garden. At the center of its open kitchen lies a hearth oven used to roast meats, fish and vegetables, as well as to bake Neapolitan-style pizzas.

    A little longer of a wait then usual which is fine because it was busy. Our server wasn’t that hospitable and the banana bread we ordered took too long to come out. I’m in the industry and I didn’t appreciate the interaction. Additionally I did request for a birthday dessert for my mother, my mother did not want to be sang or made a big deal of it but I left a request for that and the server didn’t ask or accommodate outside of what my mom said.

    The Wheel has very nice ambiance. They serve great Bloody Mary’s and an extensive Brunch selection. I had the Eggs Benedict which was perfectly done with nicely marinated hash browns. A great brunch choice. Service was very responsive to us.

    We had sushi for an appetizer and we shared a pizza for dinner. The ambience was perfect and we will certainly be back.

    Not my first visit. Love to brunch here. This trip my party included an infant. The restaurant was VERY accommodating and seated us in a family friendly area with great views of the harbor.

    Food was outstanding. View is beautiful. But the service was impeccable. I’ve only been for brunch, but it was too good not to come back for dinner.
