Valentina gave us excellent service again, and great care was taken with GF food. From wine suggestions to innovative specials, this is what fine dining should be.

I realize it was Christmas Eve, but we waited over an hour to get our food after waiting quite some time for the waitress to even come over. Knowing it was a holiday, we understood, but when I finally got my meal, which was not even hot, it was not good at all. I ordered the Seabass ($51) and my date whatever ordered the pork chop (38). The price was exorbitant, but we thought at least it would be a magnificent meal. We were both very disappointed. Both meals were not even cooked inside. I was just very disappointed and do not plan on returning.

We booked Christmas Eve dinner for our family of 4. We have been here a few times and always pleased with food and drinks. This time was very different. We ordered apps and it lol over 40 mins to get them. The charcuterie board was cubed cheese, pepperoni and a couple pieces of prosciutto. Not what I expected at all. Never received any bread. Our dinner order took over another hour to come out. Our waitress while good l, I felt like she was avoiding us since she did not know what to say. Manager did come over after 45 mins to say it would be out shortly but no complimentary drinks or anything. The couple behind us were waiting just as long and when her steak came out it was cold. They decided to eat the one meal and the waiter asked them if he should take it off their bill! I normally don’t write bad reviews but the amount of money we paid for dinner it should have been a much better experience for Christmas Eve dinner.

Food was great. Server was friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to care about providing great service, although he disappeared for much too long a time, after taking order and we waited far too long to want dessert. I assume the restaurant may have been short staffed on Christmas Eve.

Beautiful venue with good service. Delicious appetizers but sadly the entrees were disappointing. Filet mignon was not cooked properly and then served dry and cold after second attempt. Hopefully it was an off night due to the holiday.

I always choose atmosphere over food, and The Wilbur Mansion is a beautiful place with a wonderful ambiance and great service -so before I take the first sip or bite, I’m already happy! One of my favorite spots in the Lehigh Valley.

We dined at the Wilbur to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was the perfect choice. I had the lobster ravioli, hubby had the sea bass, and we shared the peanut butter chocolate dessert. Gorgeous setting, delicious food.
