I realize it was Christmas Eve, but we waited over an hour to get our food after waiting quite some time for the waitress to even come over. Knowing it was a holiday, we understood, but when I finally got my meal, which was not even hot, it was not good at all. I ordered the Seabass ($51) and my date whatever ordered the pork chop (38). The price was exorbitant, but we thought at least it would be a magnificent meal. We were both very disappointed. Both meals were not even cooked inside. I was just very disappointed and do not plan on returning.

Beautiful venue with good service. Delicious appetizers but sadly the entrees were disappointing. Filet mignon was not cooked properly and then served dry and cold after second attempt. Hopefully it was an off night due to the holiday.

I always choose atmosphere over food, and The Wilbur Mansion is a beautiful place with a wonderful ambiance and great service -so before I take the first sip or bite, I’m already happy! One of my favorite spots in the Lehigh Valley.

We dined at the Wilbur to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was the perfect choice. I had the lobster ravioli, hubby had the sea bass, and we shared the peanut butter chocolate dessert. Gorgeous setting, delicious food.

While the atmosphere was amazing (the mansion is beautiful and has tons of charm), the service was extremely slow and the staff were inattentive. The drinks were delicious but the time between ordering and actually receiving was annoying. The food was just ok not outstanding as we expected. Our party had the pork chop (slightly overcooked) and the crabcakes (well portioned but I’ve had better). The raw oysters and the mussel appetizers were delicious, however. Once we asked for the check, it took another 25 minutes to process, which was ridiculous. I’m glad we tried it but I won’t be going back!

A nice night out as always! There were a few bumps, but nothing major: The amuse bouche needed to be warmer. Our waitress was overwhelmed with too many tables and she was also new - she kept forgetting about us. It look around 20-30 minutes for the dessert to reach us. However, the entrees were amazing! I really enjoyed the Mahi Mahi and my wife loved the Chicken Roulade. We took the desserts home with us, and they also were tasty. The waitress comped our desserts which I thought was tremendously sweet! Cocktails were on point, but extremely pricey. If you like to drink, pregame (safely) at home and enjoy one there. The rooms can get quite noisy, but overall a nice place to enjoy a fine meal out.
