Welcome to The Wine Cave, Pittsburgh’s most unique dining destination! Re-opened in the fall of 2023, we are proud to be a full-service restaurant offering an exceptional experience both indoors and out.

Our menu features freshly prepared dishes like our signature Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, indulgent Charcuterie Board, and an array of seasonal options, including gluten-free and vegan selections. Pair your meal with award-winning wines crafted from Bella Terra Vineyards or indulge in a local beer or a PA libations hand-crafted cocktail.

Don’t miss our unbeatable Happy Hour from 5-6pm Wednesday to Friday, featuring half-price glasses of wine and appetizers, Ladies Night every Wednesday evening from 6-9pm, full-sized $9 lunch options from 11-3pm Wednesday to Friday, or join us every Sunday for a delicious brunch from 10-1pm.

    The Cabin is a great spot for up to 10 people to enjoy comfortably for a 3 hour reservation per rental. It is a lounge setting, with a couch and love seat with additional stools for seating. There is a counter top set up for all shareables and an ice bin for chilling all bottles and cans for your convenience. Attached to the outside of this space is your propane fire pit that also has 10 seating spots for your gathering! This is the ultimate setting for celebrating a bday, anniversary or a fun girls night out! * Please note there is a $50 rental fee to reserve the private space. That fee does NOT apply to your food/drink total.

    It’s Igloo season! Starting Friday, October 25th, enjoy your meal in one of our heated igloos (up to 8 guests) for a unique dining experience. Reservations are $50 for 2 hours (non-refundable, not applied to bill). Your server will handle all dining needs, and igloos are heated for a cozy outdoor experience. Parties of 8 must be on one check, no exceptions. You may bring a birthday cake (no other outside food/drinks allowed). Read our reservation rules before booking. No pets, smoking, or vaping. Balloons are the only allowed décor. $50 liability fee for any damages or delays to following reservations. Parties of 8 or more will be on one check (No exceptions) and a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.)

    Our Igloo dining couldn’t have been better! Special thanks to both Michelles for being so accommodating. What a great sense of humor ‘phone Michelle’ had and she alleviated any concerns. Our server, Michelle, was fantastic, charming and attentive. Food was delicious! We will be back! Could not have asked for a better experience!

    Wine wasn’t anything special. Food was ok. The igloo was cool, but needs to be heated more and the servers need to close the flapping door when they come in as they leave it open to take orders, etc and it gets very cold in the igloo again. I also thought the food should be covered from the kitchen to the igloo to 1) keep it hot and 2) keep anything off of it from walking outside.

    Hands down one of the best experiences! The food was delicious and eating in the outdoor igloo was so much fun! We made last minute reservations for our dinner here and at the time all that was available was inside the restaurant. However, the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating and helped us move into an igloo once one opened up, for this amazing experience!

    We rented the "SHED" to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was AWESOME! We had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the outside firepit was just an added bonus. We had such a great time that we ended up booking the next reservation so we could stay and continue enjoying the great wine and food. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely night out.

    My family of 6 which included two seniors, two adults, and two kids loved their time here in our igloo rental. In our group, we had two picky eating kids, keto diet and a vegetarian. We all found food that we loved! Service was great; very attentive while still trying to give us our privacy and keep the heat in the igloo, so not visiting us too too much. But we were never waiting for anything. Everything was fabulous. We will be back!

    My group of 8 really enjoyed our visit. We had wine, appetizers, and entrée. Everything was perfect for our little Christmas party in the warm & cozy igloo.

    The private shed is very cute, staff serving us were excellent..until it was time to pay the bill. Evidently there new pay system can only divide the total check amount evenly regardless of who ate or even drank. It was up to us to figure out what everyone owed. Put a damper on the night. Although this was my 4th time renting a shed, I do not think I would do it again...to much math at the end of the night!
