   I have been meaning to eat here since it opened and we finally decided to have a lunch . Booking the table with Open Table was easy and efficient . We weee able to revise our reservation adding an additional guest all online . The greeter / server was so pleasant and made us feel welcome . We chose to sit outside because the weather was so nice . We order some mezze , a nice bottle of wine main courses and dessert . We ordered a lobster pasta , which had so much lobster meat that our guest couldn't finish it , perfectly prepared lamb chops , Chilean sea bass and octopus . Everything was delicious and the lemon potatoes which was a side dish was amazing ! The food was well prepared , light healthy with such flavor and beautifully presented . The service and atmosphere was top notch . We will surely return to this wonderful restaurant .

   The food is exceptional—every dish is absolutely delicious. The drinks are fantastic, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a huge smile by the woman at the door (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). She has such a warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel right at home, and she checks in with you throughout the evening to make sure everything is perfect. As for the service, I highly recommend sitting with Justice. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and has the sweetest personality. You won’t be disappointed with her! We also love sitting at the bar, where we've had the pleasure of being served by two different bartenders—both are fantastic and make the best drinks. I can’t recall the name of the Peruvian bartender, but his Old Fashioned is one of the best we’ve ever had. I can't say enough good things about this place. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and the exceptional service make it absolutely worth every penny. In my opinion, there’s really no other Greek restaurant in Fort Lauderdale that compares—others feel more like fast food in comparison. Definitely make a reservation, as they get busy! We can’t wait to return next week!

   Everything at this restaurant from the moment we walked in, ambience, service and the actual food was outstanding. Large portions, fresh and quality ingredients, and delicious dishes. We will be back!

   The food and service at Theo's is absolutely excellent. The only downside to this restaurant is that the ambiance is adversely affected by the high noise levels inside the restaurant and by the traffic noise in the outside dining area, which is adjacent to the very busy intersection of Sunrise Blvd. & U.S.1. We greatly appreciated our waiter accommodating our polite request to lower the volume of the music playing outside, which made it possible for our party of four to hear what each other was saying.

   The wine and the appetizers that we ordered were all top-notch. The problem was the service was actually too attentive. Perhaps it was because we were the first diners there the staff seemed to be hovering, giving us the feeling that the service was rushed.
