   Table was available on time. The meat in the Reuben seemed like it had been heated a few times. The fish in the fish and chips was soggy. The 2 entree salads were fine.

   We had a nice dinner on veterans day. Since being a veteran my meal was complimentary. Only thing that could have made it an even greater experience was to have had happy hour.

   Nice and bright enclosed patio with heaters is the best to beat the winter blues! I love going to this place and sometimes we bring a dog along and he can hang on the patio, too. Servers are super friendly, food is great. What's not to like?

   The service was great but I ordered a Southwest salad. It was $16 and was the size of a size salad and not that great. My husband enjoyed his burger.

   Let’s start at the front door. Crowded entryway. Two hostesses with iPads in hand. As one hostess became available I stepped up to make contact and the second hostess told me sternly to step behind until she was done with the person she was helping. I stepped back and she told me not to stand there as to not block people coming inside. Mind you there were two doors. I was only attempting to check in for my Open Table reservation. We did get seated in just a couple minutes at our reservation time. We were seated in the far back table near the corner next to a work station. There was a large table next to us so close to us that were literally jammed into our table with other patron chairs 1-2 inches behind us. We received water immediately but it took 30 minutes to have our server get our drink and dinner order and almost another 30 minutes to be served even though we had a very uncomplicated order consisting of salads, Mac and cheese and one entree dinner of bbq pork. When the food did arrive all the heated items were luke warm. Our actual sever, Adrianna, stated she was pretty new. She was very nice when we did see her and as helpful as she could be. Again, our table was small and the four of us felt jammed into a corner. It was loud where were sitting. As far as value, I thought the prices for things like salads and plain Mac and Cheese were on the high side. The prices were not reflective of what was shown in the online menu on Open Table. Most items were $2 more. When I received my check I noticed that they now add an appropriate 3% service fee. Then when they come to the table to take payment they give you forced choice tip options at beginning at 18% and going up from there. Personally that is a put off to me. Not our best experience at this restaurant and we have been there numerous times. We have seen a decline in all aspects since the Covid area and we won’t be in a hurry to return. Thank you.
