Three Sheets is an award-winning cocktail bar that opened in Dalston in 2016. We specialise in cocktails, focusing on simple, elegant serves that put the customer first. The menu changes regularly and with the seasons. Voted as the UK’s best bar at the Class Awards 2019, with Max taking home Best Bartender, and has been listed on the World's 50 Best Bars list for three years running. Our new site expands on this legacy, offering both a restaurant and bar, where guests can enjoy a full dining experience alongside our signature cocktails.

Really loved this place. The cocktails are really so uniquely incredible, even your basic drink is truly perfected. The food is very good, with a varied yet consice menu. The staff is amazing, and they really do go above and beyond. Easily a no brainer to come here for an intimate yet fun night. Vibes are great.

Lovely staff.. the service was impeccable - relaxed yet attentive and efficient. This is a cool independent feeling bar tucked away near Soho, good for a quiet drink with a couple of friends. We were at an event partnered with "Rogue Sarnies" on the menu - their champagne battered fish was tremendous! Tiny bit of feedback would be that the tables were quite cramped, and not such a comfortable relaxed seating area as you might like for a bar. We liked the artistic and comedic photographs on the walls!

A beautiful bar with some of the best drinks in London, served by true hospitality professionals. Oysters were on point, cocktails and champagne hit the spot just right.
