Located in the historic village of Roslyn, and overlooking Gerry Park and the Roslyn Duck Pond, thyme has a harmonious approach to food which embraces wholesome ingredients with diligent preparation.     Thyme is my go to restaurant for special occasions. I had the tuna tartare and lobster for my main course and Brussels sprouts. My husband had the delicious halibut with an amazing mushroom risotto. The apple cobbler and chocolate soufflé with gelato was also amazing.

    It was our first time at Thyme. It was delicious food, great service, all staff checked in on our table. Would recommend for a simple date night or day date. Can't wait to go back again in warmer weather to sit out doors

    Delicious food, great drinks, and excellent service! The quality and attention to detail on the food and drinks makes dining at THYME a wonderful experience! I recommend eating here for brunch as well as dinner.

    I have been here a few times but last night the food was very good. We enjoyed the mussels as swell as the Dorade fish special. My husband had the lamb chops and said it was very good. The noise level was extremely energetic to say the least. We arrived at approximately 6:30 and were seating in the upstairs room. It was nice because we were able to have a conversation the other couple we were with. By the time we left around 9 pm, we could barely hear ourselves speak. However, it was a fun night, and we will definitely be coming back. The waiter was attentive, and the bus boy was on top of refilling our water glasses, so that was great!

    The brunch had good options but you could only choose 1, and anything additional was a la carte, so not exactly what I had in mind for a brunch. But everything was tasty and the service was good as well.
