   Overpriced for what you don’t get. Cheeses were stale, rolls were frozen and ambiance was poor. Not eating there again

   From the walk in and seeing the beautiful design of this restaurant and being greeted by our hostess, it felt welcoming ! Our server TIM was a 10/10 ! He was so knowledgeable , understanding knew the right options to recommend and even helped with a guest who palate wasn’t as large as others. TIM was amazing! It was my birthday and he made it memorable for sure along with the delightful menu items we chose! I will be back again soon :)

   I wish there were a few more protein options on the continental breakfast side, like hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese. Beautiful restaurant, great service and good food. Just looking for more protein.

   We thoroughly enjoyed two brunches at TC. We travel allot and can say without blushing that the service team is the best we have ever experienced. The local farm-to-market style offerings were uniquely southwest. The drink station offered 5 unique juices. Fresh squeezed orange juice is brought to your table. And do not skip the omelette station . . . chicken sausage and goat cheese is now my go to! If We can ever find that combo again.

   We loved everything about our experience at the restaurant. Service was fantastic and the 5 course tasting menu was amazing. The chicken bowl was arguably the best thing on the menu. We'd highly recommend for any occasion.

   The service was excellent. The flavor profile of the tuna crudo was outstanding. The Baja striped bass was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

   Dave was our server two days in a row and gave the best story of how the receipt came together for his Aunts famous Chicken. The meal was great but Dave’s story made it super, so good we went back the next day!
