Made a 5pm reservation before a 7pm show at the paramount. Happy hour was a happy accident! We shared a dozen oysters and both got fish and chips, washed down with some fantastic $10 cocktails. Will definitely come again. For happy hour.

All around great experience at Tidal! The servers and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. We especially enjoyed the creative cocktail list. If you like matcha, try that one - so good! My favorite part was all the gluten free options, including the specials and a blueberry cheesecake. We'll definitely eat there again next time we're in the area (its very convenient for walking to the Paramount, ACT, and convention center).

Great location. Love that it’s not too noisy. Attentive server. Received our drinks in a timely manner but waited over 50 min for our food to arrive. Our server came by once to apologize for the wait and mentioned she had let the manager know about our wait. No manager ever spoke to us and no compensation for our wait. This was a weeknight, we did have a reservation for our party of three and were on time. The restaurant didn’t appear overly busy. Many tables around us that arrived and ordered after our party did received their order before we did. Food was good

This was a completely different experience than our group had 6 months ago. The menu was a fraction of the offerings previously and the dishes that arrived looked as though first term culinary students prepared them. The halibut was bland, under-seasoned and over cooked, the vegetables tasteless. For a restaurant named Tidal one expects the seafood to be well prepared and from our previous experience we had high expectations. The background music was more akin to a late night club and bar scene. I don’t know what changed, but this is a definite future pass until they make publicly communicated improvements.

Boring menu of pub food, smash Burger, chicken burger, tacos, fish and chips. Won't split checks, everyone at table must be on same check, won't split up bill. Next time going elsewhere.

We had dinner here New Year’s Eve…sadly they seemed to have a pared down menu there that night (bar seemed to be very low on choices), but we had a wonderful server who made up for it.

Many gluten-free options and one of the few restaurants close to Paramount Theatre that takes reservations. However there we too many bar tenders and too few wait staff - the one waitress disappeared to help the other side of the restaurant and was he bartenders stood around chatting, so I had to get up to order a second round of drinks.

I was in town for a conference and delighted to learn a seafood restaurant was in the hotel. The drinks were tasty and the halibut was delicious. Dessert (baked Alaska) was the best I’ve had! Oysters were underwhelming.

This place is called TIDAL, a seafood restaurant, and yet they had barely any seafood on their menu! Bait and switch!

Took awhile to get service even just water and they were not busy. Wait staff did know what kind of salmon they served or anything about the menu. Didn’t ask what sides we wanted when there were options. Didn’t check back after food was served and we had to pay 18> service charge?? No thank you. We won’t be back.
