   First time going...Was a little hesitant about going because of the area, but I will say the greeting was marvelous...that young man showed excellent customer service skills from the time you walk in and over all while you are there...the waitress was very attentive as well...once our time was up we moved to the bar and continued to have drinks and chat with the friendly staff....everything was great I must say...definitely glad I supported this establishment.

   Went to TNT Rooftop for my Birthday start out with the brunch (Shrimp & Grits, TNT Wings ,Lemon Drop) ended my day with dinner with the Crab Fries,,Tasting Sampler. Everything was delicious! Thanks to TNT Rooftop for making my birthday very special !

   The food was tasteful, but the portions were a bit small for the price. The servers are great but what I did notice was that they bring out the food once it’s done cooking, not as a whole for the table. So my food was done 15+ minutes before my fiancés was done and of course I waited for his to come before I ate, so mine was a tad cold. I noticed that was something they did at all the tables. Yes, I probably could have asked for them to warm it or bring it out together but I didn’t want to be a bother. Other than that it was okay. Would I go back.. no 😊

   The experience was very nice. Staff was extremely welcoming. Now here’s the so/so concerning part….. the portion size to cost ratio is not up to par in comparison to most restaurants. Not necessarily a bad thing , but if you’re looking for a bit more than a standard portion…. think again. Next is the parking. Good luck trying to find a spot. Also make sure you’re parked legally. Lastly this is not the best area. Lock your doors and bring your pistol just in case. In conclusion, if this place had a better location, it would get 5 starts.

   Everything was really nice; from the Greeter / Host; the Waitress; the Food; the Server; the Ambiance; the Decor; the Rooftop; and we are looking forward to going back again and bringing our family and friends. We met the owners and they are very nice people and they made us feel welcome. This is truly a wonderful addition to the West side of Chicago. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
