Made reservations over a week out and drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there only to be told they were closed that day (on a Thursday). Very disappointed nobody bothered to call, text or email us.

La comida increíble. Las vistas espectaculares y el ambiente fantástico. La experiencia de que te lleven en un Landcruiser es de primer nivel. La atención de primera de todo su personal. Definitivamente una gema en el Valle de Guadalupe.

Made the reservation. Drive two hours to the location to be told they have a private event and I could not go in. That is pretty bad. For that reason I rate it 1 star. They knew I had the reservation days in advance. Why not call or text me so I can plan to visit another place.

excellent food. menu did not have some of the items i expected from viewing the menu online. they were out of fish so no ceviche, etc. and i prefer fish. the octopus was excellent though. note, allow time to take their shuttle up to the pool area where the restaurant is located.

Se realizó una reservación varios días antes de nuestra llegada por medio de Open Table y al llegar al lugar nos mencionan que solo iban a tener servicio de bebidas en la barra que ya no estaban dando servicio de cocina por la hora cuando al hacer la reservación tenía ese horario libre, incluso en su descripcion se muestra que en ese horario si siguen con actividades. El guardia nos comentó que no es la primera vez que pasa pero que no se ha hecho nada al respecto.

The chef has apparently changed since the last time I was there. The menu was very limited and the quality wasn’t all that good. They also definitely need some working ceiling fans in that area. The heat didn’t allow us to even enjoy the view.
