   As a longtime Tom Brown patron, they were way off their game on our most recent visit. We had reservations, but we had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated. After being seated, it was another 5+ minutes before our waitress came to our table - and that was just to say she would be back for our drink order. We eventually ordered our cocktails & appetizers, but we were long finished with both, before she took our entrée orders - completely disrupting the rhythm of the meal. I ordered the filet & lobster tail, asking for the former to be rare+, but medium rare, at the most -- along with a nice bottle of wine. When the wine was brought to our table, the accompanying glasses were filthy, with wine residue in them, looking as though they were never cleaned after their last use. When I pointed this out to our server, she offered no apology, but merely blamed it on the inexperience of the individual who served the wine! Well, my steak arrived medium, to medium well. Adding to my disappointment, the lobster tail was overcooked as well, leaving the finished product dry & rubbery. Not wanting my wife to eat alone, I went ahead and ate my meal, as is -- but it was less than satisfying, certainly not up to Tom Brown's usual standards. Fortunately, the dessert was a positive end to an otherwise disappointing dining experience - certainly not worth the $400 I paid. I'll think twice before returning here, but may give it a second chance in the hope that this experience was an outlier.

   Our first time visiting & food was absolutely amazing from the appetizer to entrees & everything in between. A little pricey but worth it. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

   Amazing food and service. We had lobster with filet and the swordfish special. Everything was delicious! The service is always spot on. A very lovely evening and meal. The carrot cake is a must for dessert

   I've debated on what to write for this review since Saturday night. If this had been a Logan's or such the review would have been much better, but I expected a $200+ meal to be better than this. We had a reservation for 6pm we didn't get seated until 6:20. The two hosts weren't nice or mean, they were really lacking any personality. We were then sat at the table closest to the door. It was 36°. We were so incredibly cold and uncomfortable the entire visit. Our waitress was ok. Our drinks and appetizers came out quickly. The crab claws were very good. I enjoyed my lovely pear drink. We then waited 30 minutes for our food. She did offer us bread, but that was about 25 minutes after we finished the appetizers. My second drink was a strawberry lemoncello drink. I didn't care for it. The food came out and was hot. I had filet and lobster tail and baked potato. My husband had ribeye and baked potato and added scallops. Our steaks were great. So were the potatoes. My lobster tail was overcooked by at least 5 minutes. It was tough. His scallops were rubbery. (I don't cook scallops, so I don't know how long they were overcooked) The waitress did come ask us how our food was right after we cut the steaks but didn't come back again until we were done eating, so we weren't able to address the seafood. Everything was eatable, but not what you would expect for the price. I really wanted to be able to recommend this place to my coworkers (we're foodies) but I couldn't. I don't think it was worth the money. We frequent expensive restaurants quite often and don't mind dropping a couple hundred on a great meal and experience. This wasn't up to par at all.

   I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Tom Brown Restaurant. The service was amazing, and the food was excellent. I sat at table in the Bar area and watched a game on the TV. Great Experience!
