Good vibe, but I think they were under staffed and that caused delays with our food and the server was doing so much with his tables he had forgot to give our card back and the table next into us. Over all he was doing great and the staff, that was there, did amazing with who they had.

From the minute we sat down our waiter was not informed of anything on the menue then started saying or our kitchen is closed let me check u never know every night is something here -few nights ago was flooded beck here then he said so let me go check ..then returns and tells us ohh what ever tonight is 11:30 well u got lucky …I dine here so many times I have never ever seen such unpleasant and unexpected behavior or service he was complaining and saying we should not come us so crazy here WOOOW IM BAFFLED

So upset and disappointed . We made our booking months ago via OpenTable making it easy to manage our reservations . Our booking was for 8.45pm and at about 7.40 pm we thought we would see if there was on earlier booking to change to and so we looked on the app and there were plenty 8pm , 8.15pm ,8.30pm so we thought great we will get there early for our booking and even if we have to sit at the bar for a bit we can. We aren’t from here so we ordered a Lyft and took a 20minute taxi ride getting to the restaurant just after 8pm. When we walked in we were sent straight back out as the man at the bar just said to us sorry guys we’re done for the evening we just served our last tables .
They had chosen to close early due to the fires which is completely fair and understandable . What we are furious about and a reason we will never go back is because no one made any effort at all to get in contact with us . It was a completely waste of our time and our money because we paid to get to the restaurant for nothing.
There was no indicator on there website , google, Instagram or the OpenTable reservation app that they would be closing earler. We had our reservation confirmed via email they should have notified us that they were cancelling our booking. Even after we were sent out of the restaurant I checked the app and your could still make a booking for later that evening. I only imagine the amount of people who would have wasted there time getting there last night.
