   Overall a good experience. Food was good and games were fun, but we were shocked at the bill when we saw that they raised the price from $30/Hour to $60/Hour because it was New Years Eve. No one gave us a heads up when we arrived. There was a disclaimer on the website mentioning a possible price hike around Packer game days and events, but didn't realize that New Year's Eve day was considered an "Event." Unfortunately, we won't be returning since we can't afford to have the same thing happen twice.

   We have visited several times prior to this recent visit and unfortunately, we will likely not return again nor can we recommend. We had enjoyed ourselves the other visits. Our suite was reserved for 2 hours at the special event rate, so the suite alone was $150.00 for the 2 hours not including the food and drinks we ordered. We had friends from out of town come with and we were excited to enjoy our time as previous times. This was a first time for our guests. The games did not seem to work properly. A person would take a turn and then it would revert back to the home screen to reload for the next player. When questioned, we were told its normal and this is the new upgrade. So we would have to reload after every person takes their turn and constantly having to be aware to go to the computer and click on the appropriate buttons so the next person could have their turn. It was very tedious and we wasted about 40 - 45 minutes out of 2 hours of "playing time" continually having to wait for it to load and press the buttons. Again, not a big deal but the whole point was to go and have interactive games, drinks, and food without having to worry about operating the computer. That was part of the $150 fee. So after realizing that, it was a complete disappointment, no one was having fun conversating because we had to be on guard if it was even working and everyone just sat staring like wow this is boring. Completely disappointed for the price and would not recommend anyone go if this is how the upgrade is (again if that was even true because no one seemed to want to help) because you will not be able to just relax and enjoy. It was more of a hassle. Totally, totally disappointed! Our waitress was great and attentive but was very specific about not having anything to do with the computer or games so she could not help us. Just think twice before you go so you don't spend excess money and walk out being disappointed.

   Fois was good...but really pricey for what it was. Golf games were slow and didn't work really well. Service was slow and intermittent. Also was told when I showed up that they weren't doing the $15 deal on Monday, because the Globetrotters game was later on the evening? Why? I can understand if it's a Packers game day, but for that...?

   Service was horrible. I had to repeat go to the bar to ask for sodas refills, napkins, etc. the server never checked in on us. The swing suite malfunctioned for the second time (which it did our last time as well). Rebooting the system ate up about half of the hour we had the reservation for

   Visited with 5 people, computer was very slow and the amount of balls available for the games were so small we spent most of the time within 2 hours getting the balls to play. Special event pricing was very expensive compared to everyday pricing. Our server Max was not very attentive to our needs both in the suite, and also at our dinner table when we asked for extra plates to split sandwiches they were not brought with our meal and waited for a different server to bring them which delayed us eating. Nachos ordered in the suite with 2 other appetizers were cold and when we brought it to the attention of Max, he did nothing about it. Spent almost $450 for the night and wouldn’t recommend when busy for sure, they can’t handle the flow of people.

   We were here the day before Thanksgiving/before a Packers' game, so there was a "special events" menu. Food was good though the appetizers were all a little too salty for our taste. It was definitely busy, so it was helpful to make a reservation. Games were fun for kids and adults. We had never been to a place like this - will definitely go again!

   We love going to Turn however our entire time in our swing suite, random children from a table kept coming in our bay. We were worried to swing or throw anything in fear of hitting the 3 children. No parents came to collect them, they ran all over the place. Came back multiple times over and over and just stood in our bay and also threw baseball and balls around. I have never had an experience like this before. Not only was it very unsafe as we could have hit them if they walked in while swinging a club, it cut into our time we rented as we were not able to use the suite. Very disappointed in the family who allowed their kids to run all over and wish the Turn would have stepped in to ask them to keep their kids at the table. The service and food as great though.

   Did not get notified when bay was open, hostess left us hanging. Others after us got in before us…. No help with how to use any programs, no instructions given. Seemed like old technology.
