Meat was excellent. Problem there weren’t two the wines I wanted. Service very good. Lot of food!

They had a bunch of newbie waiters. One person didn’t know how to give us an earlier table despite there being an open spot in opentable. Another person messed up our order by missing a couple of items.

テーブル席で予約したのにカウンター席に案内され、満席なので変更出来ないと言われました。お肉も火が弱く焼けるのにすごく時間がかかりました。お肉提供の際もお皿にいつくかのっていましたがどれがなんのお肉か説明はなく食べ方の説明も無かったです。タレ味だと思ってタレにつけて食べたらしょっぱく、おそらく塩で味付けがされていたようです。カウンター席でスペースがないのにどんどんお肉を持ってくるので途中で皿が空き次第次のお肉を持って来ていただくようお願いしました。お皿が空いても声をかけないと下げていただけませんでした。その辺の配慮は高級なお肉のお店なら言わずともやって頂きたかったです。残念です。

The staff was super nice and helpful with a special birthday request and even helped me assemble a cake and hide things without any necessity. Very kind and nice staff, great food, great experience.

ランチのコスパはとても良いと感じました。ハラミとロースがとてもおいしかったです。ただ椅子やテーブルが油でべとべとしていたのが気になりました。

いつもは美味しいタン塩が、薄いものは凍ったままで焼くと焦げてしまい、厚切りのものは固くてがっかりでした。トラジでこんなの初めてでしたが、イメージ悪くなりました。

お料理はおいしく、大満足です。思ったより隣の話し声などが聞こえず、かといってうるさい感じもなく、とてもいい雰囲気でした。

期待通りにおいしかったです。寒かったので（季節が）、最後、冷麺かビビンパか選べたらよかったです。冷麺も美味しかったですけど。

昔、横浜のトラジで夕食したことあって、美味しかったんで、今回、東京に行くとき、トラジでまた食べに行きたいと思います。やはり、肉も美味しくて、スタッフはとても親切でサービスは素晴らしかった。また、食べに行きます。
