Toraji Shimbashi is a Japanese sushi restaurant located on the 11th and 12th floor of the Shinabashi Station, a retail and culinary hub. The restaurant offers beautiful views of the city's skyline with large windows that wrap all the way around the dining room. Toraji Shimbashi has an extremely large menu that covers a large portion of Japanese cuisine. The primary way customers enjoy the cuisine at Toraji Shimbashi is though the prix fixe multicourse menu that showcases many of the kitchen's specialties. Outside of that, diners can order other items a la carte like spicy chicken wings and nigiri.

全体的に良かった。ただし、７人での予約で　２テーブルに別れた。　あらかじめ　その旨連絡が欲しかった。　店を出たら　突然の雨。でも　地下道まで近く　傘いらず。

新橋店に初めて伺いました。 11階にあり、新橋駅と汐留方面を眺めながら焼肉はとても素晴らしかったです。子供もいなく、静かに楽しめたので本当良かったです。定員さんの言葉遣いが少し気になりましたが、お食事も楽しくいただけたし、サービスもスムーズにしていただけたので、満足です。また伺います。

彼氏の誕生日で利用しました。個室に案内していただき、お願いしていた誕生日プレート、お食事やサービスもとても良くて感動しました。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました。

食事自体はトラジさんなので問題は有りませんでしたが、個室利用にて店員さん対応が少し遅い感じがありました。

値段は少し張りますが、それに見合う味とサービスの質だと思います。落ち着いた雰囲気を求める人向きです

個室を予約していましたが、当日来店したさいに「個室がご用意できませんでした」と言われました。エレベーターに乗りながら連れに「今日は個室だよ」と話ながら店に向かっていたので、事前に電話などで連絡してほしかったです。また外国人の店員さんと日本人の店員さんで接客レベルが違うので、注文をとるなどミスが出やすい仕事は日本人の方にお願いしたいです。サービス料をとるにはまだまだな接客ないようだと思います。以前、別店舗でも嫌な思いをして、その後店舗を変えての来店でしたが、今回もすっきりしない結果でした。

建物もインテリアも新しくスタイリッシュな雰囲気で、気分よく美味しい焼肉が食べられました。キムチやナムル、麺などお肉以外のお料理も、安定の美味しさでした。スタッフの方の中には、まだ不慣れなのかたどたどしい接客の人もいましたが、こちらが呼べばさっと対応してくれたので、概ね楽しく食事ができました！

焼肉店とは思えないほど店舗内が綺麗で清潔感がある。店員の応対が非常に良いので、接待に適している。欲を言えばサイドディッシュのメニューを増やして欲しい。
