オーダーしても分かっているのかいないのか、お客が気を遣う必要がある店。必要最低限の接客さえ出来ない者を採用し、現場に立たせることが解せない。二度と行きません。

他店は随分前から、こちらの店舗もオープン時から定期的に利用してますが、接客力、サービス質が落ちているのが残念です。

土曜日で混雑していた為、接客に関しては普通の評価です。子供が大好きなので家族の誕生日に利用させていただいています。

高価格帯なのにスタッフの対応はかなり微妙頼んだドリンクが最後までこない事もあった料理はおいしかったので残念

とにかく美味い半端ない。特上タン塩の4枚/3200円を食べたが、一枚で通常のタン塩5枚分くらいのボリュームがある。それゆえ意外と腹が満たされて、思ったより金額がいかない。普通の薄いタンではなく、「あぁ牛さんの舌さんじゃないですか、ありがとうございます」と感謝の念すら抱く丸ごとタン。 2名で、”特上タン塩、通常のハラミ、ドリンク×2、冷麺、サラダ、カクテキ” 余裕で腹8分目までいく。7000円くらいだった。ちなみに通常のハラミでも6枚800円くらいだが、めっちゃくちゃ美味い。溶ける。もたれぬ油。神。結構騒がしいかもしれないが、焼肉だしワイワイはご愛嬌。気になる人は個室がいくつかあるのでそちらでいいと思う。店員さんは高級料理店の”品”を保ちつつ”ノリ”が良くちょうどいい塩梅。とにかく美味い半端ない。

予約もスムーズでした。混み合っている状況の中オーダーの対応も迅速で大変満足しています。コスパはお値段と内容、サービスがしっかりと見合っていると思います。

サービス料を明記して取っているだけのサービスは感じられなかったのが残念。料理は値段もそこそこだが美味しかったので、より残念。
