   Toro was amazing! Exceptional Latin, food (scallops and pork belly, butternut squash soup, Cusco chicken) along with crispy shrimp, edamame and chocolate dome-must get for presentation and creativity-that chef and server had sent to our table. We were simply a family of four visiting Snowmass for the first time. Toro was such a find. Incredible and creative cocktails and lovely wine selection too. Definitely returning.

   Food was excellent. Service was lacking - one side was forgotten and the bill was brought to us before the dessert was served (they forgot that too). Somm was good and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Too bad the service didn’t match up to the quality of everything else.

   We had a table of 4 and found the food and service to be outstanding. 2 had the halibut, 1 had scallops and 4th had the salmon and all were excellent. We had a drink in the lounge beforehand and cocktails were great. The music in the lounge was a touch loud for us as it was hard to hear each other but overall we had a wonderful experience.

   Such a lovely experience. The guacamole appetizer was so delicious. Ceviche was fresh and spicy. Churros were over the top!! We will definitely be back ❤️

   Mediocre, overpriced meal. We had to ask 3 times to get a fork. We paid $14 for mocktails that had no flavor and when we asked if we could more of the herbs added that were in the description, they brought us a can of the pre-made drink they were using. I expected more from a Viceroy.

   Beautiful restaurant, excellent service. All of our dishes were incredibly and boldly flavored. Particularly impressive were the desserts - La Bomba and the churros - fabulous.

    WORST EXPERIENCE! Disappointed. I made the dinner booking with a lot of time in advance. I specified that we were hotel guests and that we were celebrating our 10th year anniversary. When we checked in with the hostess, she did say “congratulations on your anniversary” but we were given literally the first table of the restaurant. We were given a big round family table in front of the hostess were EVERYBODY was entering and exiting the restaurant. Also next to a big family with two little kids that were either crying or shouting. I mean come on!!! We are celebrating our anniversary and we are choosing your restaurant for this special night. Also, the noise was absolutely awful. Since we were the table next to the lounge area and first table of the restaurant WE WERE LISTENING TO BOTH DIFFERENT MUSIC PLAYLISTS. Awfull!!! Instead of having a nice intimate romantic dinner, we just wanted to leave immediately. We can only say Thank you to the barman of that night who congratulated us and kindly gave us two glasses of champagne and checked on us often. Our server Rodri just checked on us once and forgot our order. He returned to the table To ask us again what we ordered. A bad experience. Food took to long to arrive. Salmon was a good and tasty dish.
