   Went out for a Christmas lunch with 6 women. The hostess was friendly and accommodating. The waiter was also very mice. We all enjoyed our drinks and thought the food was delicious. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. It was a great experience.

   I got chicken Parmesan and the chicken was grizzly and fatty and had a very poor consistency and texture. It didn’t taste like fresh chicken. I ate a few bites only and didn’t bring any of it home. I very nicely told the waiter in case anybody else had complained about the chicken that evening and no manager came to the table they did not comp my meal, check on me-not another word was said. I then got sick before I even made it home. I expect more from Tuscanna.

   Frequent diners, but this time totally missed the mark. Waitress took our order and brought the wrong meal. My wife ordered eggplant parmigiana and the waitress brought out eggplant rolantini. She apologized and said kitchen would make her dish. Less than 10 minutes later, the new dish was brought out but clearly a rush job as the restaurant was crowded. Undercooked with no melted cheese, clearly a rush job. My wife wound up sharing my dish as she could not eat what was served. Very disappointing as we have always given 4 & 5 star review in the past. One positive was server offered a take home salad as an apology.

   Dining outside, enjoying the lovely tree covered patio was a treat. Food was delicious and service was attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

   There is no changing table in any of the restrooms, so we literally had to take our baby out to change in the car. Having to change a squirming 1yr old in the car significantly impacted the quality of our experience. If it isn’t a family friendly restaurant, that should be clearly stated on the site prior to completing the reservation. Otherwise, we had a pretty good experience.

   The food is always amazing. However, the service has been consistently slow over the past few years. So slow, in fact, that we don’t enjoy dining here much anymore because we know we’ll be waiting around for someone to come by to take orders or refill drinks.

   The interior is quite dated. Ventilation was a little challenging with the wood fired oven. Meal options were okay, but pricey for the quality of the items that we ordered. Italien food is quite competitive in this market.

    We sat outside - very beautiful ambiance. Service was good, food delicious, however I ordered ravioli and received gnocchi. Still good but didn’t get what I ordered. Lovely place with delicious (although a little pricey food) and will return soon.
