   We were seated on the bottom floor by the entrance and felt the service was very slow down there. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks from when we sat down. We never got the appetizer plates we asked for, but the food was all pretty good except The kids Mac and cheese -was overcooked and bland. Overall we had more patience since it was Mother’s Day , and we would give this place another try.

   Made a reservation far in advance for my birthday and put that in my notes. It was also Mother's Day. When we got there we were told our only seating option was the fireplace bar despite there being two booths and multiple tables open but "reserved." What was my reservation for...Our server was far from friendly, did not check on us and we had to ask bus boys for refills on water, etc. Food was cold and incredibly mediocre. My sister asked if they could do anything special for my birthday and she quickly said "no sorry." And walked away. Will not be returning here and not a nice way to kick off my birthday.

   Great atmosphere near pier. Nice indoor outdoor seating. Food was fantastic along with drinks. Great way to entertain friends from out of town.

   We arrived with a reservation and were shown seats at a bar (4 in a row) overlooking the strada. Since we were visiting with family and wanted to be able to talk and hear each other, we asked for a table and waited only a few minutes before they were able to seat us at a high table. There were several TV's on and NFL football games were playing. The place was packed and very loud! There were a lot of fans cheering and there was a lot of energy (and people)! Service was excellent! Our wait staff was very attentive and our food was served quickly. Food was good!

   Their reservation system in the restaurant is not connected to open table, so they had no record of my reservation when I arrived.

   The host was rude to us and didn’t honor our reservation. My friend drove an hour to meet me and we we’re stuck at the end of a bar in the direct sun. Not exactly the experience we were going for.

    When I arrived for my reservation at Tower 12, the hostess could not find my reservation. She asked me if I booked it on Open Table, then told me they never look at reservations that come through Open Table.
