   Always an enjoyable evening with good food and service. It’s cozy and a nice break from the dramatic larger restaurants in SWFL. Our go to for home flavor Italian

   I booked because the location was convenient to the entertainment venue we were attending. The menu looked interesting, but it's always chancy to try a new place without recommendation. Well...this place is outstanding!!! The recommended wine was perfect, the plating was so appealing, and the made from scratch food was absolutely delicious. Recommend the argula salad with heirloom tomatoes, artichokes and tiny, flavorful olives. The short rib lasagna was plated horizontally showing the many layers and not smothered in sauce. The creme brulee was perhaps the smoothest I've ever tasted. Add to all that, the prices were reasonable. We'll be back to try the many pizza offerings, as well as the appetizer menu.

   All 9 of us were impressed with our food and service. Very authentic Italian and a hidden gem in busy downtown Cape Coral.

   Pizza tasted like it was straight out of Napoli! The special was fresh fish with chili butter sauce and the flavors burst! Live music- at just the right level- and a sweet waitress made for such a delight! We were only visiting the area for a night, or I would be back there right now!

   Awesome experience every time we dine at Trattoria Ciao. Service is always top notch, our server Fernando is attentive and helpful in making food and wine choices, the food is always OUTSTANDING. Prices are very reasonable, and its nice to be serenated. It is our go to place for an enjoyable dining experience with friends or a very romantic evening for just the 2 of us.

   Trattoria Ciao is truly a hidden gem. Our appetizers, pizza, pasta and dessert were all wonderful. Highly recommend it!

    Terrific, small, Italian eatery. Food was authentic and excellent. Service was excellent. Was not crowded on a Tuesday night in-season. Parking is challenging. They do not have a dedicated parking lot. The interior is cozy, but fairly Spartan. It’s not a white tablecloth dining experience, but the food was superb. Highly recommend.
