   Operated. Apparently, understaffed? 15 minutes after being seated, nobody has come over to take a drink order. It took a full 52 minutes before we got our food. WAY TOO LONG, in my opinion. The non cushioned seats ate not intended for someone to be waiting and seated that long. It was too cheap for me. You'll find more comfortable seating at any Outback steakhouse. The entertainment was good. They did their job, though we were not in good seats to hear some of the dialog. The food was well portioned and served at an acceptable temperature but unremarkable. It was just good. Would I recommend it, not for a party of two. Larger groups were able to feed off of each other's energy and really enjoy themselves, but most of the smaller groups were just lounging around. For me, it's a NO, and it comes down to the service. Most restaurants I've been to, even a chain restaurant, will have a manager or chef come by the tables to introduce themselves and ask how your night was going, food, service, whatever. Do not expect that here. We had to get out servers' attention just to get more to drink. Once again, it all comes down to the service. Come for entertainment(if you can tolerate good karaoke type sining). Come with a group(not recommend for date noght). Come casually dressed(jeand/polo for guys and gals). But whatever you do, don't come hungry.

   Food took 2 hours and came out cold with gummy pasta. Very understaffed. Waitress was helpful. A few other customers left because of the wait and lack of service. Prices are high

   Very good experience here for a Sunday Brunch. The food is very reasonably priced. I was surprised by the price on the menu when read it. Even more when saw the portion of the chicken and waffles. And the icing was to receive a nicely done in-house chicken fingers with a delicious waffle. My wife had a skillet that also was delish and well proportioned. The service was good and courteous. There was live piano music going on even at 10:45 am! In all, a very nice brunch experience at a very affordable price. Will be back!

   When we were seated it took about 30 minutes before someone came over. The food we ordered came 1. 1/2 hours after we ordered. The burgers which were not the right burgers we ordered were burnt. They looked like charcoal bricks. My sons mashed potatoes with his fish order were as cold as if they came right from the refrigerator. I had to get up and search out the waitress in order to get the bill after 2 1/2 of the worst dining experience of our lives. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a place that somehow gets good reviews and COULD have been enjoyable for my wife’s 65th Birthday celebration!!! We won’t be back……. And wish we never went in the first place!!!!!

   It was a nice Friday night, but there are a few things this place could do better. A few others mentioned it already, but the food was mediocre, so I probably won’t be back for dinner. Our group of four had some burgers, bruschetta, and a couple of wedge salads. The salads were a decent size, but they had just a few tiny bits of blue cheese and a creamy dressing that wasn’t really blue cheese. The burgers, they were super bland—like they came straight out of the food service package, tossed on the grill, and served on stale buns. The bruschetta was pretty good, though. we could’ve ordered more drinks if our server had checked in on us after dropping off our meals. After the food came, we were totally ignored for about half an hour, getting a staff member’s attention was a bit challenging- they all seemed super busy running around, but there weren’t enough of them. It kind of seemed like the restaurants priority was getting people in seats for the cover charge, rather than selling food and beverages ! It took about 15 minutes for someone to even notice us after we were seated, and then another 15 minutes for our first drinks to show up. Even though there were runners bringing out the food, it felt like there weren't enough servers, or maybe the bar was just slow?  The music was very enjoyable, but I will say it was a little offputting at the start of the show when the entertainers came right out and said in so many words if you want us to play your songs you better bring cash with your requests. I get it. It was said in a joking way but how about warm up the crowd a little bit, let people get a few drinks in them and then hit em hard for the tips? It just came off as ridiculous.  then again I guess the crowd is never gonna get warmed up because at the rate the drinks were served there’s no way to get much of a buzz! Our group said we would come back, but we will definitely eat elsewhere and adjust our expectations around the service in general.

    We enjoyed the dueling piano entertainers, and the food was good. Staff was friendly & service was excellent
