   Our Christmas Eve dinner at Trento was a disaster. We were there for Christmas Eve 2023. We were a party of five. Our server was Darielle. She greeted us and asked if we wanted drinks. One of us ordered a drink and the rest wanted a minute to look over the drink menu. She came back to take our food order, and we said we were ready to order drinks. Two of us wanted the Bucatini dish. She said she thought they were out of it and went to check. She came back and said they were out of the Bucatini. We asked if we could have that dish with a different pasta. She said yes. One ordered with Rigatoni and the other ordered with Pappardelle. She now took our drink along with food order. Still no drinks when 4 of 5 apps came out and was told the other (Pulpo) would be right out. A wedge salad arrived with no dressing, baked clams were miniature. Darielle finally brought drinks and we said we were still missing an app and dressing for the salad. She said missing app would be right out. She also announced they were out of the buffalo mozzarella that belonged with the Bucatini (now rigatoni & pappardelle) dish. One said then I’ll have the pappardelle with Ricotta instead and the other asked to change their order to the actual Pappardelle (with seafood) dish. The missing salad dressing was finally brought by another server. Darielle came back to explain the Pulpo appetizer order ticket was sent to the bar by mistake. Still didn’t have the actual dish with her. We said forget it since everyone was now finished. A little while later she came back again to say they were completely out of the Pappardelle pasta. Completely frustrated, one said give me whatever pasta you have, the other said I'll have the Ravioli dish if you have that? Everything was finally brought out by someone else. Restaurant was now mostly empty. Darielle came back, we ordered coffee and the check. Nothing offered to apologize for this disasterous dinner and of course a 20% gratuity was included! Never again!

   Arrived for a 6 pm Christmas Eve dinner. Seated in the back room. Tables were given ample room from each other. Service was excellent. Plenty of choices available. Food came out promptly. The quality was good. The only negative, and this is based on preference, was the Chicken. Francese was a bit salty.

   It was great! What a delicious meal. The waiters were also so kind and attentive. A great place for a girls dinner!

   Been here at least a half dozen times. I've brought my family over for lunch & diner & have also held large events for 25+ people. Sean and his crew offer consistent top notch service. The pasta and chicken dishes are very good. This place keeps me going to the gym. I can't get enough.

   We haven't eaten here in a while and it was my birthday so we decided to go here. So happy that we did, staff is pleasant and helpful, food was excellent and they even sang Happy Birthday to me, it was a great choice and we plan on returning again real soon.

   Sarah as a server is top notch. Seems there was a Holiday Party in the next room tonight that took a lot of attention. All of the food was delicious as usual except the steak special. It was a 16 oz blackened boneless strip. The seasoning was really good but the meat was sinewy.
