   A Wonderful Dining Experience We visited Trinca last night to celebrate a birthday, and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs take great pride in their work. The owner personally looked after us, making us feel truly special and ensuring every detail of our celebration was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it made the evening even more memorable. The wine selection was impressive, offering something for every palate and perfectly complementing the meal. Thank you for making our celebration so wonderful—we can’t wait to return!

   Trinca is such a local gem! The fact that there’s a very limited number of covers means that it’s intimate and the service is attentive. The food is exquisite with a brilliant selection of wines. 5🌟

   Intimate dinning experience with only room for 10 covers. Food and service was good Only minor thing is the toilets is not in the restaurant, instead you are given a key fob and asked to go outside and down the side walkway …..clean and tidy toilet but absolutely freezing as no heater in it But as I say that’s only a minor issue, I’m there for the food and drink which was excellent

   Excellent food and wine, beautifully served. Lots of knowledge about the menu from the staff. We were the only people in for the 630 sitting so it was pretty quiet!!

   This restaurant is very local to us but worth travelling for. The food is first rate and just what I want from a restaurant. It's not your average Italian as reflected in the price. In my mind it's better than Michelin starred food and you don't leave feeling impressed but hungry although the food looks as good as it tastes. The fact that the menu changes frequently makes it worth going back again and again. As it's so small it's quite unique and the service is friendly and helpful. Good wine choice too. Can't recommend enough.

   What a great little place. The staff are fabulous and attentive without being obtrusive. The food is lovely, the beer/wine great. It’s a little local gem. Well worth the visit.

    Because the menu changes all the time, there's always something new to try. Last night we had a type of pasta I'd never had before in a brocoli sauce and a fish dish. Both I'd never experienced anywhere else before, both were excellent. The food here is exceptional.
