We’re a celebration of Trinidad and Tobago's street food culture while paying homage to the island with carefully crafted cocktails named after the landmarks of Trinidad and Tobago.

Our two floor concept transitions from modern small bites such as oxtails sliders made with Trini hops bread, pepper roti, and vast wines and tastings on our lower level to the more traditional cuisine built upon the offerings established from our food truck, Trini Vybez, such as roti and the fan favorite doubles only this time, with meat and vegetable upgrade options.

Whether it's small bites or full scale dining, we are sure to elevate your Caribbean food experience with island zest served up in a colorful yet modern setting.

My family is from Trinidad, so I was excited about trying and supporting this relatively new restaurant. I was unfortunately disappointed. William the host and our waiter, was excellent, even though he was brand new, he was the best part of the experience. And I appreciate the customer service of the chef trying to make-up for some of the dishes that weren’t good. Bake, doubles and roti are all delicate forms of dough. So you have to be very careful with how they’re prepared to make sure that they aren’t rubbery or tough when re-heated. Our bake and doubles were very tough and rubbery. I appreciate the chef giving us soup and a roti to make up for it. The currant roll, pholourie, soup and the mango sauce were all very delicious. And the topping for the doubles were exceptional.
