Valentine's Day Special – Indulge in a romantic three-course meal! On February 14th, we will be exclusively serving our special Valentine's set menu.

We chose this as a convenient half way stop between Norfolk and Kent. Chose it because we all like Italian food. Easy to book online. Convenient parking nearby. Very friendly welcome. All the staff were very attentive. Food was excellent and good choice. Would definitely recommend and will use again. It was worth the slight detour off the M11.

We've been to Trio three times and it's always great. Imaginative food beautifully presented at a reasonable price for such high quality. Good drinks list and excellent service. Our restaurant of choice in Saffron Walden.

Trio was a nice visit. The staff are welcoming & friendly. The noise level was very high - not the restaurants fault but it was very difficult for my friend & I to enjoy a chat over our meal. Overall, the food was good. I had bruschetta to start & meatballs & spaghetti for my main, we shared a lovely salad. The main was a little dry for me & lacked the flavour I was expecting. But I would recommend Trio to otthers

Nicely decorated restaurant in centre of town. Has potential. Pizza was quite nice but carbonara very rich. Will try something different next time. Good service and helpful staff.
