   Very disappointed It was my mother 60th Birthday and she loves to come here but the service was very poor I was very upset I was trying to make my mother birthday very special for her but it was not.

   First time back after many years away. The salad bar and side food selections were just ok some of the containers were empty when we went through the Line as was the soup. The meat however was great flavorful. The sausage was a little over cooked. Loved the pineapple. With the price charged for the overall meal I would have expected dessert to be included. Our waitress was awesome very attentive and always checking in on us.

   This time I decided to come at another time, for lunch, as always everything was perfect, I brought the family for my nephew's first birthday, 12 people who, when they returned home today, Monday, are still talking about the fantastic experience, the waiter accompanied us and explained about wines and drinks and we opted for the Caipiwine, a fabulous Caipirinha with wine, background music, a perfect and happy place to bring the family together at a plentiful table, Gauchos as always are the stars of the show, tireless each one with their special meat, another memorable day, thank you Tropers for making this birthday unforgettable

   Everything is perfect. Arrive early, place your order, enjoy the night, have a few drinks, relax, have a good dessert and a fantastic espresso, then go home happy. That's what Tropeiros Grill provides us. I don't care why they changed the name or if the owner is the same or lives on Mars. I go to a restaurant for the food, the service and the atmosphere. I don't understand certain reviews. If the meat is not at the right temperature, just ask for it and they will bring it to you the way you asked. If you don't like something, ask for it to be changed. Now, if you want to show off to get some advantage, complain about nothing and be a freeloader. All my orders are served promptly and with a smile, even the ones that aren't on the menu are made to order. This time, I ordered a fried egg and it was served exactly as I asked. Where do you order a fried egg at a steakhouse? Where the concern for serving the customer comes first. 🥇

   Every visit (once a week often) is fantastic. The food is so delicious. The lamb lollipops are to die for. Flank steak is incredibly flavorful and tender. The garlic chicken wings could be their own takeout item and I may look into that one day for a quick lunch. The service is fantastic. Paulo makes guests feel welcome and comfortable ensuring everyone's experience is nothing short of excellent. I'd like to eat there every day on an Atkins-style diet and prove that you could honestly lose weight going there. I lost 230 lbs. on that diet and have gone there pretty religiously for years now.

    Buffet is just OK, some items better than others. VERY expensive!!! Service was very attentive and nice though.
