   The atmosphere at Trova restaurant is very cozy. The service is excellent, and everyone was very kind in attending to us.

   My sisters and I went for dinner and breakfast while we stayed at the hotel. For the dinner, our waiter was very nice and attentive. Sadly our main courses were not good, my dish was overcooked and seemed to have been stale. My sisters’ dishes were already cold when they came out. I was the only one that complained about my dish, since it was inedible, so our waiter tried to see if the kitchen could make me something else. The kitchen told him that they could only offer me French fries (when I had originally ordered a rice dish with fish). I ended up just eating the fish by itself. The waiter was very apologetic, though, I reassured him he was not to blame. For breakfast, our experience with the waitress was not as great. The waitress only came to our table twice, to first present herself and then to take our order. The rest of the time we had to ask other employees for water, condiments, and the check. The restaurant was not even that busy. The breakfast food was not good either. I ordered the omelette (which was fine), one of my sisters got the “cage free” scrambled eggs, qnd my other sister also got a mediocre omelette. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like powdered eggs, not “cage free” as it claimed to be on the menu. We did order the french toasts, which was the only decent dish from the rest that we ordered. The coffee was also mediocre for the price. All-in-all the restaurant is very beautiful, has a nice ambiance, and good service at dinner time. However, it is severely lacking in food quality, especially when you consider their prices. The menu has a lot of potential, but they have to be more consistent with the execution. Regardless, as a local, as someone that often eats at hotel restaurants, and as a traveler I think they have potential.

   I took my son for his birthday and we had a wonderful experience, service was always on top, drinks were super refreshing and food was amazing. I’ll keep this restaurant on top on my list for future celebrations. 5 stars service all the way.

   The restaurant itself is beautiful, but the food left much to be desired. For breakfast, the platters included a continental selection for the table to share. I had hoped for tropical fruits but instead got dry melon and cantaloupe. While the Greek yogurt was a nice addition, it would have been better with a side of honey. Unfortunately, my banana pancakes were undercooked in the middle and inedible. The coffee provided was only enough for a quarter cup, and it took a while to request a refill and some milk. Although I don't usually complain, my party of four found the experience underwhelming for a restaurant of this stature.

   The ambiance was great. Very nicely decorated and the lighting was good. The service was standard and acceptable. The food was not worth the money they charge, subpar at best. We will not be going back during our stay.

    It was not the experience I expected. I made reservations for an outdoor table and we were seated at a round table in a banquet room with other people. The food was cold. The rice was uncooked
