   This is a go-to spot for us for Sunday brunch! I like the varying menu, GF options, and our favorite manager, Alivia.

   True Food has dumbed down their menu. Rather than offering the unique dishes they used to offer using fresh ingredients, they have gone the way of chains and offering chicken sandwiches, overpriced burgers, and a few other handheld options. We opted for a couple of the bowls and they were bland. Not going back unless True Food brings back their uniqueness and stop trying to be another sandwich chain.

   The food at this restaurant is very good. But the value is not. This restaurant is WAY too expensive. Paying close to $20 for a grain bowl, and then being given an option for $6 chicken is absurd. (Plus, $6 iced tea to wash it down?). This is the exact thing people are rebelling against right now. Inflation went up, prices went up, then inflation went down, but prices stayed the same. We won't go back here just because it is too expensive.

    Food was nothing special. The portion seemed small for the price. Place was super loud. Probably wouldn’t return.
