   I love True Food though often find it a little pricey. But the food is healthy and delicious. However, we had the new lunch special with a wrap and half a soup or salad and a non-alcoholic spritzer for $19.95. The soup, salad and spritzers were very good but the wraps were underwhelming. Dry with a thick, hard whole wheat pita wrapping basically a salad, so I would not recommend them. We told our waiter and hopefully he expressed our disappointment to the chef. However, we will return as generally we are very happy with the food, service and ambiance, though both SD locations can be loud at times.

   What a fun little spot. The food was super healthy, but it did not sacrifice on taste. I sadly cleaned my plate! I only say sadly because I finished before the rest of our group so it was a little embarrassing. The sustainable salmon was absolutely delicious!

   They were out of a lot of ingredients - no pesto but what made it worse that we didn’t find out until at least 15-20 minutes later. There were other dishes that were also not available. No blood orange margaritas either. The server was pleasant. My lasagna was warm and by the time I finish there were cold spots in my meal which threw me off a bit. I like the concept of fresh foods but sadly will not be returning.

    Overall good food but limited portions. A little pricey for the choices and quantity. Service was great and restaurant was nice. Because the restaurant focuses on healthy foods, the choices for my kids seemed limited and they weren’t as happy.
