We are located in the Historic 1888 Sedalia Trust Building in the Historic Downtown District right on the square. 2021 Missouri Life Magazine Best Chef runner up, 6-time Missouri Magazine award winner for Best Chef. Chef & Owner Chris Paszkiewicz is known for many signature dishes including Shrimp & Grits, Smoked Blackened Salmon, Oyster Rockefeller, Smoked Prime Rib & delicious Chops. Truffle & Sorrel has a full bar with an extensive Whiskey & Craft cocktail list. Indoor seating & cozy outdoor Courtyard seating with fire pit & string lights. The atmosphere was awesome and the food was totally amazing!!!! Friendly and courteous staff. I will definitely be going back!
