   Not impressed. I made a reservation for my friends Birthday for 5 people at 4:00!! They gave us a table for 4 while the restaurant was pretty empty. We added a table, they took it away, then later came with an additional table. Over all it felt like we were a bother and very rushed- till the desert, then we sat for a long while. We have dined there before and loved it!! Not sure what happened!

   Our waiter, Johnny, made amazing recommendations for food and drinks. Food was flavorful, hot and fresh. We will definitely return.

   I’m a big fan of Trumbull Kitchen. Cool place to bring wide array of people - family, clients, etc. Eclectic menu allows there to be something for everyone - sandwiches, salads, tacos, traditional mains.

   Hanger steak, Caesar salad, and beet salad were exceptional. Outstanding waiter -- attentive but not overbearing or obsequious. Seating upstairs afforded perfect sound level and good ambience. All for under $100 each, including the tip.
