   We made a reservation for 4 PM. We did not get seated at our table until 5:10 PM. By the time we got seated brunch was over which is what we came for. Brunch ended at 5 PM. We ordered drinks and food. Three of the girls got drinks before the food came, and three of the girls didn’t get their drinks at all. The server was kind, and she did a good job despite everything else that was going on! Overall, this is my fourth time going to trust, but I probably won’t go back!

   Service was horrible. We arrived for our 9:30pm reservation and waited in a line of about 5 other parties. They seemed to have a system until they didn't. Eventually, people who hadn't even checked into the hostess stand ended up being seated at the same time we were - Keep in mind, we were waiting in a line after check in. After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes, before someone brought us water. This was not our waitress and she spoke no words. Just dropped the water off and left. It's 10:00pm We sat. The ambiance is cute. lots of photo booths and photo ops. everyone was taking pictures - i think they were hungry and wanted to take their minds off of the horrendous service. Music was pumping. DJ was cool. He tried to create a vibe but... We didn't get any food! No food. There was an aroma of food. It smelled nice. We left at 10:30. As we were leaving, we noticed that nobody was eating. Just vibing off smells and fumes. Thanks Trust!

   Our experience was amazing. The food was piping hot and so good. ALL of the staff was attentive and made the entire experience incredible. We will be back again soon!

   We were traveling and Trust came up as a recommendation!! We loved the theme and atmosphere and enjoyed our lunch.

   Celebrated the birthday of my beautiful friend, Donna, Sunday, 2/02/2024 and it was amazing. The place is so cute, the music was amazing and the food was so good. Mostly, the staff was wonderful. I look forward to having some future events at that location. - Corey

   Atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful place great music the host was amazing. They had a theme that night I think it was called "retired from the streets". Guest were advised to show up in elderly fashion. This was a fun experience to witness. Our reservation was at 10pm. Per website dinner is from 9 to 1am. Our waitress came to our table around 10:30pm for the first time and told us we had to order our food because the kitchen was closing. I was confused since it started 1am but we rushed to order our food. When the food came it definitely seemed as if it was sprinkled with water and thrown in the microwave. We sent some food back but the replacement wasn't good either. We just paid for our food so that we wouldn't cause any issues. In the future I will go to the lounge for a good time but not to eat! We will try brunch though to give them a fair chance.

   It’s a vibe for good food and drinks. Service is a little slow and waitress may be hard to catch. We still had a great time ❤️

    Service was very poor. Several of my guest didn’t get food. There was no refills given. Food cold. Drinks weren’t given. No friendly greeting. Other tables ended up leaving . Very bad experience and may not go back. I felt bad because I chose the place for my bday and my friends left still hungry and not satisfied. I suggest stronger and more staff on weekends.
