   Place is top notch. Food is very good, a little pricey but on a special occasion well worth it. Very professional staff.

   I reserved a table for myself and three guests for a birthday brunch. We were seated near the kitchen, which we appreciated since it gave us some privacy. However, the service was horrible. From the start, our waiter seemed disengaged and uninterested in being there. We weren’t sure if that’s just their demeanor, but if I could give them zero stars, I would. After we were seated, someone dropped off waters and informed us that they weren’t our server, but that our waiter would be with us shortly. That “shortly” turned into a 10-minute wait before they finally came to take our drink orders. Two of my guests ordered peach and mango mocktails, which turned out to be extremely sour. When one of them asked for the drink to be made sweeter, instead of remaking it, the server just pumped syrup into the glass—so much so that it visibly settled at the bottom. We also ordered the honey spice rolls (or whatever they’re called), expecting them to be at least warm. They were cold, as if they had been sitting out for hours before being served. Our experience with our main courses was even worse. Two guests ordered the Southwest omelet and hated it. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, which I deeply regret. The sourdough bread was completely drenched in butter (or whatever they toasted it in), making it unpleasantly greasy. Our original waiter wasn’t even the one to take our order, as they disappeared for around 30 minutes between the three times they stopped by our table. Overall, the entire visit took over three hours, with most of that time spent simply waiting for our server to take our order or check in. Our waters were never refilled, and the only redeeming dish was the challah French toast. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially since we were hoping for a pleasant birthday celebration. The poor service and subpar food dampened our day, and I will definitely not be returning. The entire service felt weird and unwelcoming.

   As others have mentioned the service on Valentine's Day was slow. That's not completely unexpected with a full restaurant, but I would've thought the limited menu would have sped things up a bit in the kitchen. When our entrees came out (after about an hour) we were given the usual admonition about the "plates being hot" (which often means they've been sitting under the warming lamps for a while waiting for pickup) but somehow our food was cold (or at least cool). Also our prime rib was undercooked despite us having ordered them as medium. On the plus side the staff was friendly and polite (especially our server Sue), and the patio is a beautiful location (albeit a bit loud and cramped when full). Overall though a disappointing experience compared to past trips.

   Due to Valentine's Day, the menu was restricted to 4 main courses which was not known prior to arrival. The air smelled of strong chlorine due to either the fountains and or cleaner. Took over an hour to receive main course with no updates by server. Service, food atmosphere was abysmal considering the cost.

   Didn’t realize they had a prefixe menu, even tried to check beforehand but didn’t see one so I couldn’t eat a majority of their menu/ didn’t like the only other options. Server was nice and even noted that other guests were disappointed. All we had were drinks and overall very disappointed I couldnt have my favorite dish.

   I’ve been to Tucci’s many times previously and all were fantastic. However, my date and I went there for Valentine’s Day and we were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. I wasn’t aware based on Open Table reservation that ONLY the special menu was available. While the menu was a surprise, we were most disappointed with the food. The filet was incredibly tough, was severely undercooked, and had enough salt in it for several meals. I’m fine spending $105 on a good steak, but this was one of the worst I’ve had. The staff was great and attentive though given the increased Valentine’s Day traffic!

   Overall, the Valentine's dinner was not worth the money or the time. The seating inside was very cramped and the atmosphere made it difficult to have any conversation. My date was even ran into by a waitress during our dinner because of how tight it is inside. We were seated at the bar booths instead of the four seasons patio like we had reserved which could of contributed to this issue. The service was lacking as I had 3 visits to the table before they noticed my water was empty. The food came out cold and the dessert was lackluster. The waiter was kind to package up a new entree for my date to take home since hers was so cold.

    Our server was great dealing with issues beyond his control. We waited for salads for Over an hour that even the GM came to Apologize. The back of the house is beyond slow so atleast the ambiance is very nice. Temperatures were off but our drinks were good. We will be back just plan for a long wait
