This is one of the few restaurants downtown that opened early after the Helene and is invested in our community. They currently have a limited menu while waiting for clean running water to return to our city (hopefully tomorrow). Still, everything I tried on it the last three times I visited was terrific. I especially like chicken and waffles and meatloaf.

Always great to stop in when we come to Asheville. It was pretty quiet and the menu limited but things seem to be improving in terms of situation for all of the area.

Food was very good, especially the pumpkin bisque. Due to water shortage they were serving everything in disposable cups and plates. However I appreciated that they were open since so many restaurants are still closed here in Asheville

Love the food and ambience of the downtown location. Such good energy; busy but not so loud you can’t have a normal conversation. Service was great, too.

Food was wonderful! Be aware the fried chicken is very fresh and takes a bit to cook. We three were there an hour and half total but the food is very worth the wait. Def coming back here!
