Kitchen was able to accomodate many dietary requests- no dairy, and sandwiches were able to be substituted as well, i.e. an extra cucumber sandwich instead of the salmon. There was a completely vegan option on the menu. Very relaxing, and portions were sufficient, we even took some of the pastries to go. Overall, it was a delightful time.

What a wonderful way to have high tea with good friends. We had a great table (in the corner by the window) and a great server (Christine).

Love experiencing high tea with sister and friends. Tried many in Ontario and compared to some others price is high vs quantity of food presented. I understand you’re paying for the ambiance and will purchase membership for the discounts offered next time. Loved our server and good quality of food and selection of tea.

This was my second time here. The atmosphere was nice like the first time, but not decorated for Christmas at all. Unlike my first visit, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The portions were much smaller with thin, inadequate filling on dry breads and croissants. The scones were also small and extremely hard and dry as well. We were celebrating my niece’s birthdays and were very excited to enjoy this experience but sadly we were disappointed and will not be back.

Lovely way to spend an afternoon - like a small step back in time when there was time for proper afternoon tea and restaurants weren’t time limiting you or rushing you along to clear the table for the next party.

The Turner Pavillion Teahouse's ambiance is just what you'd expect—quaint and cozy. The front of the teahouse overlooks the beautiful RBG gardens, and the back faces a forest. There are different tea entries and we enjoyed the "Turtle" tea. Our host, I believe his name was Issac, was very friendly and professional. I've taken friends to this location twice this month and I won't hesitate to come again!
