Everything was so so. Not worth the $500 billion for 4 people. So many better options in Boston.

We went to Tuscan Kitchen for my son’s birthday. Walking in I loved the ambience so was excited for dinner. We had reservations for 4 and were seated in the front bar area and I asked if we could sit in the restaurant area and they said there was no space so we stayed in front. I ordered short rib ravioli and the sauce was good, but unfortunately, the raviolis were cold. My husband and son’s girlfriend ordered the shrimp pesto and they both liked that. My son ordered the short ribs and also enjoyed it. My other son’s steak was ordered medium rare and it came out well done. He decided to eat it anyway because he was hungry. We did tell the waitress about the steak and I never mentioned the ravioli because I didn’t want to put a damper on the dinner celebration. The manager did send out a nice dessert tray to compensate for the steak but overall disappointed to spend that much money and have a sub par dinner.

Food excellent. Server excellent. Seating hostess really, really terrible (2:15pm). We won’t be back. Call for details, if desired.

Our server was outstanding. Ari was engaing and professional. He and his team were first class. The noise in the space made de dinnner conversation difficult. This was a holiday season and there were a few parties going on. The music level was a bit high, and the kitchen was a bit loud. I have been at the restaurant other times when it has been quieter. Maybe it was the time of the year. The place look amazing. Thank you.

We arrived 2 hours early for our reservation due to the Winter Market line being 3 hours long and we had no interest in waiting outside in the cold. They were able to seat us right away. Everything was great. They even surprised us by paying attention to my comment in my reservation that we were celebrating 2 birthdays and brought out extra desserts with candles. It was unexpected and very nice! Thank you to the staff at Tuscan Kitchen!

I am a repeat customer. I was very excited to take my friends here for a holiday dinner. Things went south almost right away. Despite making a reservation well in advance, we were relegated to a table in the bar and not the main dining room. We waited an exorbitant amount of time for our drink order to be placed. At one point one of the members of my party got up to use the restroom. It took three stalls to find one with toilet paper. I shared this feedback with our waitress. I do not know if it was addressed or not. Once we finally placed our food order, the time between salads and entrees was so unbelievably short, every single one of us was still eating our salads when our entrees arrived. Despite commenting on this in the moment, there was no acknowledgment from the servers as our meals were placed on the table. We begrudgingly transitioned from our salads to our entrees. Within minutes of this, the overhead lighting in the bar went out completely. It was so dark, members of my party couldn’t see their entrees in front of them. We could not locate a staff member from the table to ask for this to be fixed, so I had to get up from eating my dinner to ask for this to be addressed at the hostess desk. The hostess informed me it was a system issue. This was despite the fact I saw this same individual on what looked to be an electronic device of some sort at the exact time the lights went out Eventually our waitress finally showed up to check up on us. I provided feedback to her that I was not pleased with the spacing between our courses, and the lights had not been fixed at this point. We also requested water because our glasses had been empty for a while. At this point, one of the guests in my party observed our waitress rolling her eyes at the feedback we provided. We proceeded to finish our dinner, got our check and left shortly after. This experience was not aligned with my prior experiences at this restaurant.
