   Averal this restaurant is always good. On a December 31st, i didn't feel like they were that much prepared since the service was a little bellow the usual. They didn't have the beer that i ordered which is completely fine, the waiter just came to our table 3 times, and he was rushing a lot, he forgot to bring us bread (which is not that fine) and the food took a little longer than usual. The food was amazing as usual.

   We have dined here multiple times over the years and have always had a good experience. The last time (April of 2024) was absolutely outstanding, wait staff was incredible, food was delicious so I’m not sure what has happened from then to now. We arrived for our reservation and when the reservation was made we requested a high chair for our 2 year old. We did not receive one. My wife ordered a basic drink (casamigos and sprite) and they made it with soda water so we sent it back. Received a new drink and it tasted the exact same. We were never asked if it improved from the previous. Whatever no big deal. We ordered our meal and put in a caprese salad as an appetizer. Meal came before the salad, we asked what about our salad? Waiter said it was a kitchen error and they could hold the food for us. We said no because it will just get cold so we will take it. The caprese salad wasn’t even a whole tomato ($18), wife’s drink was wrong ($18), then they put lobster in my wife’s meal who is a vegetarian. My steak was very good but the whole experience was unprofessional and just not enjoyable. And for the price you pay it was definitely not quality.

   Had a great experience here for New Year’s Eve dinner. Most of the food was excellent, but the risotto with the scallops was fairly bland.

   Cesar salad had too much dressing, ravioli was under cooked. Bolognese was delicious.

   When we arrived Early for our reservation, it was wonderful. They were able to see us early. They were not many people in the restaurant. It was two in the afternoon. We requested to sit by the window. The hostess said she could not accommodate us, requested to sit in the center of the restaurant. I hosta said she wasn’t able to accommodate us because she had other reservations coming. We said side of the staircase and we’re freezing could feel the draft coming up stairs during our entire time at the restaurant. There was too empty tables in front of the window in the entire road tables in the middle of the restaurant, accommodate us to a table of our preference . Our server wonderful . We ordered a meat and cheese platter, scallops, pizza, pasta dish, salad short rib ravioli .. There were six of us we all felt the food was a 3.5-4 . Felt it was overpriced … drinks were average.

   Everything was so so. Not worth the $500 billion for 4 people. So many better options in Boston.

   We went to Tuscan Kitchen for my son’s birthday. Walking in I loved the ambience so was excited for dinner. We had reservations for 4 and were seated in the front bar area and I asked if we could sit in the restaurant area and they said there was no space so we stayed in front. I ordered short rib ravioli and the sauce was good, but unfortunately, the raviolis were cold. My husband and son’s girlfriend ordered the shrimp pesto and they both liked that. My son ordered the short ribs and also enjoyed it. My other son’s steak was ordered medium rare and it came out well done. He decided to eat it anyway because he was hungry. We did tell the waitress about the steak and I never mentioned the ravioli because I didn’t want to put a damper on the dinner celebration. The manager did send out a nice dessert tray to compensate for the steak but overall disappointed to spend that much money and have a sub par dinner.

   AMAZING staff and amazing food. The atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be returning to Tuscan kitchen. 10/10 experience!
