   Waiter and food…both excellent! Steak was perfect, and so was dessert. Love this place. We are here often.

   My husband and I have eaten many times at 12 and thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmonsphere. I have brought members of my PEO chapter there for lunch as well as dinner, also neighbors for dinner before Civic theatre productions. Because of our good experiences I suggested that we bring out of town guests for dinner last night prior to the Hotel California show at the Cowan. I made a reservation for 9 at 5:15 so we could eat leisurely before going to the Cowan. We arrived at 5:20 and were seated in the back room along the wall. I took a wall seat so the others could have a chair. Our waitress arrived to take drink orders about 10-15 minutes after we sat down. (she had her hair in a long braid) It was 30+ minutes before I got my glass of Sea Glass and one gentleman his marguarita. She disappeared!! I couldn't get up as I was in the middle on the wall. One of our friends had to get up and go to find a waitress. One young man came over and informed us that he was in training and could not help. After waving our arms we finally got a waiter. He took our order and also informed him that we had to leave by 6:50 inorder to drive to the Cowan, park and walk in. Our food arrived at 6:38 - one hour and 20 minutes after arriving. We had to gulp our dinners and take to go boxes as most didn't have time to eat. My husbands french fries were cold. We got our tickets and left. After getting home and checking my receipt and bank account we were charged for tea and margaruita that we didn't order. I will be returning today to get the bill changed. I was so embrassed by the lack of service. I doubt that we will ever bring guests again. We literally walked into the Cowan, sat down and the lights dimmed. We will not be back to 12.

   We are regular patrons of Twelve. Never had a bad experience!! Tonight was a special Birthday Celebration for 2, Family members!! Was perfect from Beginning to end! ❤️

   Issues with getting iced tea and other drinks. Filet was grainy and crumbly and not the quality I would expect for the price. Server was good.

   From beginning to end everything was superb!!! Six older senior women celebrating a birthday. Everything was great!!

   Waiter and food were wonderful! Manager checked in in our table which was nice. The music was definitely too loud and the music selection was annoying It was not relaxing to hear during a meal.
