Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Wa opened September 26th 2018. This location is a fantastic addition to our expanding group of restaurants with a water theme focus. Located on the shores on the Columbia river in downtown Vancouver, we offer guests the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating where they can view the beautiful sights and sounds of the bustling river park while sipping their favorite cocktail. Our new American menu offers something for everyone, along with an expansive list of Twigs Signature cocktails, local draft beer and wine, great gluten free, vegan, and kids menus, and Fresh Sheet selections featuring local seasonal products that support every region we serve.

    Great ambiance and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Risotto and salmon had good flavor but were both overcooked making the risotto a bit mushy and salmon a bit dry. Amazing friendly service.

    The restaurant has great river views. Seating was comfortable. Our lunches were very good and were good quality. We will definitely go again.

    3 generations enjoyed Breakfast with Santa at Twigs this am. The event was well organized and the staff were helpful and friendly. Each guest received a plated breakfast and then there was the amazing pancake bar - anything you could possibly want was available. There was a photo booth opportunity and Santa gave a personalized experience by sitting at each table. Festive and fun!

    Excellent Happy Hour value. Also had Rueben which came with choice of side, Halibut entree was delicious cooked perfectly. Only complaint was loudness of music. Made it difficult to carryon a conversation. I did request sound level be turned down a little but that did not happen.

    I ordered the salmon that came with brocolini and rice. The salmon was a bit dry and not a very large piece but it tasted good. I also ordered their espresso martini which was excellent! I highly recommend that cocktail! Out server, Chase, was very good attending to our needs and offering his suggestions when we asked. It was a great night out with my bestie!

    What a great location, enhanced tonight with the Christmas ships. The calamari was among the best we’ve had. The brisket burger was outstanding, and the side salad was a perfect side. The pizza was good, but would pick the brisket burger over it. Lots of other good choices — we will be back!

    This Twigs location (Vancouver) is far superior to the others. Service was good and the food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were generous, we all ended up taking part of our meals home because they were just so big. Drinks are reasonably priced. We were very satisfied with our visit and will return!
