Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Wa opened September 26th 2018. This location is a fantastic addition to our expanding group of restaurants with a water theme focus. Located on the shores on the Columbia river in downtown Vancouver, we offer guests the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating where they can view the beautiful sights and sounds of the bustling river park while sipping their favorite cocktail. Our new American menu offers something for everyone, along with an expansive list of Twigs Signature cocktails, local draft beer and wine, great gluten free, vegan, and kids menus, and Fresh Sheet selections featuring local seasonal products that support every region we serve.

    Got to our reservation a little bit early, sat at the bar, it was lovely. Then the hostess forgot we has checked in and were waiting, even after asking if our table was ready twice. Very happy once we got seated. Service was wonderful, food fabulous. The noise level was awful. Could hardly hear the person across the table, and everyone's smart watches were alerting us to the issue - LOL! I guess that means everyone was having a good time. Lots of celebrating and laughter in the room.

    I have been a Twigs customer for some time but this meal was disappointing to say the least. We took advantage of a two course meal for $29. The portions were small and the food was mediocre. In addition not all of the choices were available. I'll have to think about going back to Twigs and I doubt I would take advantage of any "specials."

    Got seated quickly. Server was attentive but not annoying. Steak salad was different than I had it before. Asked for steak to be medium but it was closer to well.

    Unfortunately we ordered two fried calamari and they were extremely over cooked, so crunchy and hard that was painful to chew. Because of this we couldn’t even taste the fish. Food was so hard that it fell from the fork on the floor because you couldn’t fork it.! Had to use hands multiple times. Too bad since it was a birthday party :( We ordered calamari also the previous visit, about a month ago and they were still overcooked but not as bad as yesterday. They should have a thin layer and being golden fried but they are dark brown every time .
