   Great happy hour -order the wings and nachos. Outside seating recommended weather permitting under covered deck-unless there is a game then check out inside for multiple TV’s . Wait staff are excellent. Definitely a go to place in East end of NAS- Sandyport location

   I had a great time! We sat in the open patio, enjoying the view and food. I especially loved the wings.

   This was my first time to Twisted Lime . I had made reservations in advance. My party and I was greeted and seated immediately , our server came and she took our orders swiftly. Appetizers was hot and tasty. Food was great. Ms. Nicolette Gibson, the Supervisor was very accomodating. Would definetly return. Angela

   Food was great . service was 10/10 food came out hot and timely . Both hostess and servers were all pleasant

   If someone had told me they experienced what I did this evening, I would think that they were exaggerating. I am shocked by the amount of disregard and disrespect my family and I experienced at Twisted Lime on the first day of the year! I have dined there for 10 years and I had nothing but great memories, until this evening. We were seated shortly before 5 pm. Our appetizer, 18 chicken wings, took over 40 minutes to arrive. We placed our entrée orders and tried to order another margarita, only to be told that the happy hour special ended at 5:30. It was 5:50 at this point, so I told our server that the official website advertises happy hour as 3-6 pm. He told me that I was the first to question this and asked if I’d like to speak to a manager, so I said yes. He told us a few times that the manager, Ms. Sears, said that she is busy. I watched her through the glass pretend to be occupied, with staff around her looking at our table and talking. Over 30 minutes later, no manager showed, clearly we were undeserving of her time or attention. We were then told that another manager, Shayne, would come over, but he never did. After we told our server that no one came, he then stopped another manager in passing, Ms. Gibson, and asked her to assist us. She brushed him off and went to assist other customers then eventually came back to hear our concern. I expressed how offended we were and she apologised, recognizing that I was there for two hours, and then said our food was on its way out (finally!). I told her we would like to pay for what we consumed and leave. She then offered to discount our bill by 20% and then said she would speak to the “GM”, Shayne, about our situation. Ms. Gibson said that he decided to “comp the entire cheque”. 30 minutes later, our entrées never arrived and we were not even looked at. Multiple groups came in, ate and left and we were still there waiting. 6:59 we left, hungry, annoyed and offended. What a waste of precious family time!

   Service is horrendous. They did have people apparently call in however we sat 50 minutes before even getting a water at the table. Food was almost an hour and 20 minutes and apps and food came at the same time. Impossible to get a refill or a drink order and the actual order was not even close to correct. Food however was delicious but won’t go back. Service is terrible.

   I haven't been there in a while but the service has change its been upgraded and the wait time was short food was great... was impressed with the manager being hands on also

    We ate there on Christmas eve. The staff were excellent and great food. We found that they are a relatively good option (budget wise) relative to some of the other local resturants.
