   Perfect balance - bustling atmosphere but not overwhelmingly noisy. Wonderful location, though parking is tricky. My decaf was great, and the garden salad was delicious with yummy and interesting inclusions. It is a bit too hot and sunny sitting near the windows - I’m trying to avoid sunburn these days for health reasons. I asked about upstairs but was advised it was being closed (despite the walk in couple in front of us securing an upstairs table). The fabulous view would not be blocked by some sheer spf blinds, so that is a key suggestion to improve the amenity. In all, loved it!

   We had a very nice lunch of a Peri Peri chicken burger and a pumpkin bruschetta with feta, rocket and balsamic vinegar. The service was very attentive and the food came out quickly. It was too bad the daily specials were already gone; they sounded delicious as well. We will definitely go back on another trip to Oz.

   Their special food which is Halloumi Stack was delicious. And service was perfect. Thank you Two Before Ten Greenway. You made my friend's and my day.

    We had a great experience. Coffee was great and hot. The pancakes were delicious also the smashed avo dish. It was warm and cosy inside and the waitresses were helpful. We will return again soon.😊
