   Katie gave us great service! The restaurant was very busy with all the activity in Aurora but they did a great job getting us seated and food out quickly.

   First timers. Went to bar for drink. Great selection. Seated in a booth per request. Service and quality of food was great. Server Gustavo and Rae were excellent!

   It was freezing! We asked if they can do something about the heat and they said it’s so hard to heat this place. It was uncomfortably cold. No reason to be that cold. People were wearing their hats and coats indoors! Also our order was screwed up. Food was good but not worth returning to get the order right

   We have eaten here numerous times over the last 5 years and they have always served great food, solid service, and a nice pleasant experience. Our last visit was 1 year ago. Last night we had reservations and were seated promptly. First time sitting upstairs. It was cold. Cold air blowing, half out table sat with coats on. Server was nice. Here are the issues: Food quantity. Pretzels are now 1/2 the size they used to be. Still retained good taste. Main dinner. Fish and chips were unedible. Flat, rubbery, dry, as if you microwaved them for 30 minutes. Worst I have ever had in my 60 year life. Sent back for burger. Other entrees were fairly small compared to a year ago, and prior visits. Dessert was good, except no one liked the root beer float? They forgot to bring that float, also forgot to bring the coffee (said they were brewing new pot), they did remove the charges for those two items. We also noticed the place was at most 40% occupied. Weather was fine and Christmas market was going on across the street. This should have been a very busy night. Every other time we have visited, its been packed. This is probably only my 4th or 5th bad review since Open Table app started up years ago. Most places are darn near 5 stars. Sad to say I dont see this restaurant making it too much longer. Food quality poor, heating very cold and in some spots not even on. Something has changed here behind the scenes. Change it back.

   Overall the experience was very good, long line to check in was a minus. Stood in line about 15 minutes just to tell them we had a reservation. Didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to get people moved through. Server to a long time to get to us, but after he did, he did a good job. Food was very good, as most people enjoyed it.

   Even with reservations had to stand in long line and table wasn’t ready til 20 min after reservation time. No one said happy bday to daughter even though in comments and not even when waitress was aware . Table was super close to other table

   1st time visit. The staff was very friendly. Our server had excellent menu suggestions. We ordered the beef brisket sandwich and a burger both were excellent. Definitely will return!!!

   This should not be a restaurant. Stick to making beer because the food was inedible.

    Salmon over cooked. Fish tacos did not have fresh taste or crisp. They have been better.
