   Terrible service and delays, yet the restaurant was not even crowded. Took almost an hour to get one of our rolls. We actually paid the bill before receiving it. Other rolls also took way too long. The food was very good, but time is precious so I doubt I’ll return.

   Not impressed with the quality or the portion sizes of sashimi. The service and the deserts and the ambience were fantastic!

   The food and presentation were superb. It was worth the expensive bill. The staff were friendly and helpful and all in all, it was a restaurant we would happily return to.

   We had an unbelievable experience. The food was fantastic and most importantly, the service we received was better than any ***** restaurant that I have ever dined at in my life! A special shout out to Kanaan. Please give her a raise and/or promotion because she made this experience wonderful!!

   It was ok, but probably not returning. First, the ambience and location of the restaurant was nice. Located at downtown Scottsdale, it was easy for us to find parking and had plenty of choices to go after dinner. Second, service was slow. We ordered five (5) dishes and they brought each dishes separately. After ordering, it took about 15-20 minutes to get our first dish, then another 15-20 minutes to get our second dish; repeat this until our last/fifth dish. They also accidentally brought us a different dish that we thought was ours, but was half way eating it was later advised by our server it was not. Fortunately, they did not charge us extra. Third and final, food was not to par for the price we paid. I have tried other sushi restaurants in the valley and expected their food quality to be richer. Glad we tried it, but probably not returning.

    Great experience, staff, service quality, teamwork, flavors, food presentation, freshness, the tasting menu is the way to go! Definitely going back, favorite restaurant in Scottsdale.
