Uchi, "home" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non-traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Such an incredible dining experience. Chef Hannah and the whole team were just phenomenal and made the menu approachable and everything was delightful. Can’t wait to go back.

Our sushi chef Alan was excellent and he prepared some tasty dishes during our 10 dish experience - the only negative was the time it took to get drinks when we first sat down- we really liked the restaurant but felt it was a little pricey - but it is Scottsdale

Kyle the manager when the extra mile to accommodate us on my husbands birthday! Kyle the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and the service was great! We loved sitting outside on the patio!
