One of the best Japanese restaurants in the heart of Guatemala. I’ve been here 3 times and honestly love the quality and atmosphere. I know that Guatemalan people like sweeter tastes, that’s the reason why they added sugar into their sushi rice. Won’t say that’s authentic but more like fusion and we understand that. Will definitely return every once in a while.

I understand that the concept of omakase in Guatemala is fairly new. The fish has been pre-sliced, knives have been put away. That’s not a good sign. If you go to an authentic omakase experience, the knives are involved and you will see that they are slicing the fish right in front of you. The fish was fresh but I don’t know exactly when it was sliced. Prior to making a reservation I asked where the fish is from. I was told from Japan. However, during the meal none of the fish that was served was actually from Japan. I was misled by that. Overall, what was served was good but the whole experience needs more improvement. More learning from the true masters of omakase

We had an extraordinary experience here! Everything was perfectly made with such a care about every detail. You won’t find a better quality fish in the city. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you!
