Kizuna no Tobemono refers to bonds or connections— between people and cultures. Ukiyo’s third menu brings together diverse ingredients and culinary traditions in a harmonious way while simultaneously bringing together guests for an intimate dining experience. Like the previous menu, Ukiyo will offer an intimate, high-end dining experience guided by the traditional Japanese concept of kaiseki, in which a procession of small Japanese-inspired dishes descends on diners throughout the evening. Kizuna no Tabemono showcases a bold fusion of flavors, blending Southeast Asian, Japanese, Western and contemporary influences into a seamless dining experience- highlighting the artistry of traditional techniques paired with modern innovation.

Simply amazing experience. The food, the ambience, the staff - everything was exceptional. My spouse and I went for my birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be going back.

Ukiyo was an amazing experience! We have traveled all over the world and have been so lucky to have tried many Omakase menus. Ukiyo was, by far, the best. Chef Paul and Chef Kelby were so gracious and Jeremiah and Vanessa topped off the experience with their kindness and knowledge. This is a must-experience Chef’s Table in Denver!

Did the whole bluefin tuna experience on NYE and it was amazing. The service - spectacular. Having good communication before the time of arrival is key and definitely started off the experience on a positive note days before. Vanessa as the hostess/director was amazing. Chef Paul elevates food by combining cuisines and flavors - and every one of his staff got a workout cutting up that whole tuna! I had the enhanced pairing and it was wonderful to try new and different wines and sakes - all of them matched beautifully. Their whiskey list is so much fun, but the quantity of the pairing meant I could only sneak one in and still enjoy the food. Definitely making another reservation in a couple of weeks to try the “regular” omakase. My husband and I travel a lot to go to restaurants; having this in our backyard is delightful and I can’t wait to see how it transforms and progresses.

We had the MOST INCREDIBLE MEAL in Denver!! We had some really chatty people sitting next to us at the dinner, which was no fault of the restaurant, but it was a bit weird. WE WILL BE BACK 10X! Thank you, Chefs!

Excellent service and a unique experience and elevated dining relative to most of the Denver food scene. It comes at a high price that many will raise their eyebrows at. However a great option for a special occasion, date, or group outing. Will go again.

My second time to Ukiyo, and they did not disappoint. Food excellent, service superb. Very knowledgeable bartender, knowing all the sakes, craft cocktails, various Japanese spirits. Already planning a return visit.
